Job summary

Neogen is seeking a Marketing Analyst, Global Marketing to join our team and connect market intelligence to campaign performance. The role blends analytics with strategy across global demand programs, ABM, and pipeline impact, delivering executive-ready insights.

You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and regional teams, building scalable analytics, improving data quality, and automating reporting to support investment decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics or related analytics roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and reporting workflows.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and drive decision-making.
• Experience with multi-channel marketing performance and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing analytics for global demand programs (ABM, paid, email, events).
• Develop frameworks linking activity to pipeline, revenue and engagement.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Salesforce reporting for exec visibility.
• Automate recurring reporting and enable scalable, repeatable insights.
• Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership and regional teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field
