Job summary

Macquarie is hiring in Houston for a treasury operations expert to manage end-to-end lifecycle of FX and interest rate products, ensuring accurate validation, funding and settlement. You will handle daily liquidity activities and interface with trading, treasury, finance and risk teams to maintain strong controls.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will contribute to process improvements, leverage data and automation, and support the evolution of treasury and market operations capabilities

Qualifications

• Experience in financial markets operations and treasury functions.
• Experience supporting funding, liquidity management, cash settlement and reconciliation.
• Experience using market infrastructure and treasury platforms such as SWIFT, Calypso, Bloomberg, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, control frameworks, and exception management in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end lifecycle of financial markets transactions across FX and IR products.
• Validate, confirm, fund and settle trades; monitor funding and liquidity activities.
• Collaborate with trading, treasury, finance, risk and technology to strengthen controls and drive efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation to enhance treasury and market operations.
