Macquarie Group in Houston is seeking a Market Service Operations Treasury Executive to support the end-to-end lifecycle of financial markets transactions across foreign exchange and interest rate products. You will validate, confirm, fund, and settle trades while coordinating with trading, treasury, finance, risk, and technology to maintain control and efficiency.

This role emphasizes funding, liquidity management, cash settlement, and reconciliation, plus the use of market tools and platforms

Qualifications

• Experience in financial markets operations and treasury operations.
• Experience with funding, liquidity management, cash settlement, and reconciliation.
• Experience using market infrastructure and treasury platforms like SWIFT, Calypso, Bloomberg.
• Strong understanding of operational risk and control frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across global teams.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end lifecycle of financial markets transactions across FX and IR products.
• Validate, confirm, fund, and settle trades accurately.
• Manage daily funding and liquidity activities and monitor cash positions.
• Collaborate with trading, treasury, finance, risk, and technology to ensure controls.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using data and automation.
