Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Manager, Treasury Operations to lead the MMS/Wellverse treasury team, optimize global liquidity, and collaborate with business units to improve cash forecasting and funding structures.

This role oversees daily cash position, FX trades, intercompany funding, and treasury systems to support efficient operations. Strong analytical skills and Kyriba experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Finance or Treasury related experience.
• BS degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience in Treasury operations preferred with knowledge in cash management, bank infrastructure and investments.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate large organizations and collaborate across groups.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under deadlines with a can-do attitude.
• Experience using Kyriba preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily cash position and optimize cost of cash.
• Analyze cash concentration, pooling, and intercompany funding opportunities.
• Partner with internal groups to improve forecast accuracy and liquidity.
• Develop forecasting methodologies and KPIs to measure performance.
• Provide liquidity and forecasting insights to senior leadership.
• Coordinate derivatives settlements and cross-currency trades as needed.
• Maintain and improve treasury technology (Kyriba) and automate processes.
