Job summary

Macquarie is seeking an Analyst in Houston to support governance and control activities for commodity finance transactions. You will collaborate with global colleagues to monitor risks, validate valuations, and ensure accurate reporting of collateral and covenants.

You will help transition toward automation, maintaining strong validation controls and human oversight throughout the process, while building expertise in energy and commodities finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, economics, or accounting.
• 0–2 years in Commercial or Corporate banking with risk awareness.
• Strong data management, programming, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze risks on commodity finance transactions.
• Perform assurance reviews of Deal and Logistics Management controls.
• Validate borrowing base valuations using diverse data sources.
• Coordinate collateral and borrowing base audits and reporting.
