Mecka AI is seeking a Country Launch Lead to drive end-to-end expansion into new geographic markets, including legal, financial, and operational setup. You will lead cross-functional teams across legal, operations, and commercial workstreams to achieve launch milestones and hand off to local leadership when stable.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in expansion operations or corporate strategy, with hands-on experience building local operations from concept to stabilization and travel willingness

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years in operational leadership or expansion operations.
• Experience launching international markets end-to-end for a high-growth company.
• Ability to work autonomously in unfamiliar international environments and travel.

Responsibilities

• Launch leadership: own new market expansion and drive cross-functional workstreams.
• Assessment: feasibility and regulatory evaluations with legal counsel.
• Local setup: establish entity, banking, leases, and compliance workflows.
• Team and cadence: recruit and onboard country leaders and ops staff.
• Playbook: refine and scale the global expansion playbook.
