Job summary

Rain is seeking a Market Expansion lead based in New York or willing to relocate. You will drive launches across markets, work in person, and own end-to-end execution from initial decision to sustainable business operations.

The role requires deep experience in regulated fintech, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach across product, legal, and GTM teams. Expect travel to launching markets, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and responsibility for getting products live in

Qualifications

• Roughly 6–10 years in strategy consulting, PE operations, or operating role in regulated fintech/payments.
• Proven ability to write formal documents and present to regulators, investors, partners, customers.
• Demonstrated project leadership delivering complex programs to completion.

Responsibilities

• Spend significant time in person in each market you launch.
• Own a market launch end-to-end from entry decision to self-sustaining operation.
• Coordinate local regulatory and legal processes for licence expansion or transfer.
• Define and drive the operationalization strategy for each market’s deployment.
