Job summary

Mecka AI is hiring a Growth Lead to own supply growth and acquisition across channels worldwide from its New York base. You will architect a scalable growth engine, define process playbooks, and lead a team across markets to drive high-quality, fast, and large-scale contributor onboarding.

You will own funnel health, activation, capacity planning, and channel performance while building brand presence and partner relationships to compound supply across APAC, Americas, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth with supply-side acquisition at a two-sided marketplace, gig platform, or data collection business.
• Built a multi-channel acquisition engine spanning referral, community, field, organic and paid across multiple markets.
• Owned a growth budget and defended CAC and activation metrics to leadership.
• Hired and led a growth team, including matrix collaboration with in-market teams.
• Based in New York or willing to relocate; travel regularly to global markets.

Responsibilities

• Own supply funnels end-to-end across channels for contributors to talent and organizations; optimize quality, speed, and volume.
• Manage several active pipelines, spot stalls, and reallocate budget, people, or channels to unblock them.
• Own activation and time-to-first-approval capture for new contributors.
• Forecast supply demand by program and market; size teams and channels; rebalance before shortfalls.
• Test, measure, and scale channel portfolios across markets; manage referral, community, field, organic, and paid channels.
• Build relationships and programs to turn one-time contributors into a reliable returning bench.
• Define brand and marketing strategy to attract contributors and drive scalable supply growth.
