Job summary

Orbia is seeking a Global Marketing Communications Lead for the Refrigerants BU in a hybrid role based in Houston, TX. You will own the MarCom strategy, partner with Sales, Product and BU leadership, and translate technical and regulatory priorities into customer-focused value propositions.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a customer-centric, data-driven approach and an openness to innovation in a global, cross-functional environment. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in Marketing/Communications; B2B and chemical industry experience desirable.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and a third language preferred.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the MarCom strategy; translate priorities into messaging, positioning and plans.
• Partner with Sales, Product and BU leadership to shape go-to-market.
• Lead content development and storytelling for the refrigerants portfolio.
• Manage product launch and commercialization communications.
• Drive digital and demand-generation in collaboration with the Digital Strategy & Campaign team.
• Coordinate PR and external communications; represent the BU externally.
