Job summary

Nikkiso Applied Technologies in Houston seeks a Vice President Operations to lead global fabrication centers, oversee manufacturing operations and supply chain, and drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost control, and lean initiatives.

As a strategic leader reporting to the Business Unit President, you will shape production standards, budgets, and data-driven practices across centers to ensure efficiency and repeatable results.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in industrial equipment fabrication with P&L responsibility.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and leadership of multiple facilities.
• Experience managing domestic and international production sites is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own global fabrication centers and oversee manufacturing operations and the supply chain.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and PM to plan capacity, budgets, and schedules.
• Drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost control, and lean initiatives.
• Develop production standards and budgets using strategic data and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize production and resource use.
