Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Senior Director of Manufacturing Strategy and PLM in Atlanta to shape global equipment platform standards and governance. You will guide OEM/JDM and contract manufacturing models, drive PLM as the enterprise backbone, and lead cross-functional teams through NPI from concept to scale across global units.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in equipment manufacturing strategy, NPI, PLM governance, supplier quality, and global supply chain leadership.
• Experience defining manufacturing standards for regulated/high-precision industries.
• Proven global supplier qualification, audits, and capability-building programs.
• Deep knowledge of PLM as a business capability and lifecycle traceability.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global manufacturing strategy for equipment platforms and partner models.
• Set world-class manufacturing standards ensuring quality, safety, and process control.
• Own manufacturing readiness for NPI from concept to deployment across units.
• Govern supplier performance programs including audits, segmentation, and CAPA.
• Oversee facility authorization and global audit processes for quality and continuity.
• Establish PLM strategy as the enterprise digital backbone with governance.
• Ensure CAD/PLM integration supports modular architecture and DFM.
• Build interfaces between engineering, procurement, regulatory, quality, and partners.
• Drive PLM modernization, SaaS transitions, and data governance.
• Develop capability roadmaps for strategic suppliers and lead gap-closing interventions.
• Lead, develop, and coach a high-performance PLM/CADD team.
