Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Senior Director of Manufacturing Strategy and PLM to shape global equipment platforms and the PLM backbone for enterprise-wide governance. You will lead strategy for OEM/JDM/contract manufacturing, set world-class standards, and govern supplier performance across multiple operating units worldwide.

You will drive NPI readiness, manage CAD/PLM integration, and oversee modernization of PLM platforms with data governance, change management, and structured workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in equipment manufacturing strategy, new product industrialization, PLM governance, supplier quality, and global supply chain leadership.
• Expertise in manufacturing business model selection (OEM, JDM, contract manufacturing) for regulated/high-precision industries.
• Global supplier qualification, audits, and governance to mitigate risk.
• Deep PLM knowledge including engineering change workflows, product structure, CAD integration, and lifecycle traceability; Windchill and Creo experience preferred.
• Proven NP I execution, design-for-manufacturing, and enterprise-scale readiness.
• Strong global leadership across OEM/JDM partners, suppliers, and matrixed stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global manufacturing strategy for equipment platforms with optimal partner models.
• Set and enforce manufacturing standards for quality, safety, and process control.
• Hold manufacturing readiness for NPI from concept to deployment across units.
• Govern supplier performance programs including audits and capability development.
• Oversee facility authorization and global audit processes for quality and continuity.
• Establish PLM as enterprise digital backbone with lifecycle traceability and automated governance.
• Ensure CAD/PLM integration supports modular architecture and DFx workflows.
• Build interfaces among engineering, procurement, regulatory, quality, and partners.
• Drive PLM modernization, SaaS transitions, and data governance.
• Develop capability roadmaps for strategic suppliers and drive gap-closing interventions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance PLM/joint governance team.
