Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director, Manufacturing Strategy and PLM to shape global equipment platforms and the PLM backbone across the enterprise. You will drive standards, governance, and supplier collaboration for NPI readiness and scalable deployment.

Lead a high-performance team, integrate CAD/PLM, manage changes, and guide global partners through OEM, JDM, and contract manufacturing models to accelerate innovation and ensure quality and compliance at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in equipment manufacturing strategy, PLM governance, supplier quality, and global leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global manufacturing strategy for equipment platforms with partner models.
• Establish world-class manufacturing standards to ensure quality, safety, and process control.
• Oversee NPI readiness from concept to scalable deployment across sites and bottlers.
• Govern supplier programs: qualification, audits, and corrective actions for continuous improvement.
