The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director to define and lead the global manufacturing strategy for equipment platforms and to establish PLM as the enterprise backbone. You will drive standards, supplier governance, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, and quality to accelerate scalable, compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in equipment manufacturing strategy, new product industrialization, PLM governance, supplier quality, and global supply chain leadership.
• Expertise in manufacturing business models (OEM/JDM/contract manufacturing) with standards for regulated/high-precision industries; Windchill and Creo experience preferred.

• Define and lead global manufacturing strategy for equipment platforms and partner models.
• Set world-class manufacturing standards for quality, performance, safety, and process control.
• Own execution of manufacturing readiness for new product introductions across units and bottlers.
• Govern supplier qualification, audits, capability development, and corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Oversee PLM governance and data integrity across the enterprise.
