Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in digital manufacturing, preferably in beverage industry
• At least 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing digital systems for manufacturing and supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of IT/OT technologies and their application in manufacturing and supply chain environments
• Advanced project management skills with experience leading high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience collaborating with global teams and managing outsourced providers

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to identify digitization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain KPI data-capture methods to support defined metrics.
• Assess network architecture options and provide cost, security, performance, and scalability recommendations.
• Lead implementation of the future-state digital environment across manufacturing, logistics, and distribution equipment.
• Evaluate tools that analyze data and generate actionable insights, including ML/AI-based recommendations.
• Establish standards for consistent and efficient use of digital tools and enable knowledge sharing across locations.
• Stay current on IIoT trends and emerging technologies for innovation and process improvement.
• Design and implement IT/OT infrastructure to support development and operational requirements.
• Maintain reliability, security, and scalability of IT/OT systems.
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for IT/OT systems.
