Coca-Cola Beverages Florida seeks a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Strategy & Bottler Support to shape and execute the company’s manufacturing strategy for near-term to mid-term horizons in Tampa. You will align demand, capacity, material availability, and network capabilities across the organization.

Ideal candidate brings 5–10 years in manufacturing planning or supply chain leadership with SAP, Blue Yonder, and advanced Excel skills, plus strong executive communication and change-management

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing planning, supply planning, operations, or supply chain leadership, preferably in beverage or CPG manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, planning systems, analytics tools, and advanced Excel.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligning production with forecasted demand, growth and priorities.
• Lead long-range capacity planning and identify risks, constraints and opportunities.
• Support launches, packaging changes, and network sourcing readiness.
• Lead scenario planning and network contingency strategies for downtime, bottlenecks, disruptions, and capital projects.
• Represent Coke Florida in the North America Production Strategy Group (NPSG) and participate in system-wide planning.
• Partner with Procurement and suppliers to manage raw material availability and improve planning collaboration.
• Serve as primary contact for bottler-to-bottler manufacturing support, coordinating production, sourcing, inventory positioning, and supply continuity.
• Lead Non-Trade Sales planning and integration into long-range manufacturing and capacity plans.
• Collaborate with Commercial Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to drive aligned decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement to manufacturing efficiency, service, inventory health, and planning effectiveness.
