Job summary

Vertiv seeks a process driver to support manufacturing operations with an industrial engineering/strategic planning background. This onsite role supports global manufacturing strategies, footprint optimization, and capital investment planning to ensure scalable, cost-effective operations across product lines and regions.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance, drive capacity planning, CAPEX management, and data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years in manufacturing environments with project/plant operations experience.
• Knowledge of global supply chain dynamics and total landed cost.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to influence at all levels.
• Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement background.
• CAPEX planning and justification experience; capacity planning software use.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies, footprint optimization, and CAPEX planning.
• Lead capacity modeling, scenario planning, and throughput analysis for multiple product lines.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Leverage MES/ERP data to support data-driven strategic planning and cost analysis.
• Support product transfers and ramp-ups across regions with minimal disruption.
