Job summary

Stellar Energy is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex customer programs across multiple facilities, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, scheduling, and logistics to deliver on time and within scope.

You will drive financial performance, manage risks, and elevate operational excellence while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers in a hybrid Fort Worth, TX setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, project management, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-budget and on-schedule execution of complex programs across multiple manufacturing locations and stakeholders.
• Manage customer relationships throughout project lifecycle and align with scope and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Logistics, Procurement, Project Management, Aftermarket Services).
• Develop and monitor project execution plans, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with Aftermarket and Service teams to ensure service requirements align with customer needs and standardized processes.
