Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking Manufacturing Engineers to lead manufacturing launches and resolve production issues across global sites. You will partner with design teams, CMs, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely ramp of new server platforms and racks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering work with server platforms or high-tech hardware.
• 5+ years working with manufacturing suppliers to improve incoming quality of systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing technical operations support at the factory.
• Provide on-site support to new product launches as well as sustaining issues.
• Design in quality and manufacturability on new designs of servers and racks.
• Root cause customer impacting issues and drive resolution.
