Job summary

Amazon Web Services’ Hardware Engineering team is seeking experienced Manufacturing Engineers to operate in a fast-paced, multi-site global environment. You will own tooling, fixtures, and processes, drive manufacturing launches, and scale production across sites worldwide.

Join a diverse team and collaborate with ODMs, CMs, and AWS hardware/software groups to deliver safe, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure. Travel 25-50% to support global operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing experience.
• 5+ years of tooling and test fixture development experience.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing test fixtures at the Server and Rack level.
• Define all processes around the assembly and test fixtures to ensure desired results.
• Scale up tooling, fixturing and process across the manufacturing network.
• Support global operations through regular domestic and international travel (25-50%).
