Job summary

Amazon Web Services’ Hardware Engineering team is seeking Manufacturing Engineers to operate in a fast-paced, multi-platform international environment. You will own PFMEAs, Control Plans and process flows from startup through end-of-life, and you’ll drive production scaling across a global network.

You will be the technical owner of manufacturing launches, provide hands-on support for new product introductions, and resolve process issues with ODMs, CMs, and vendors while collaborating with

Qualifications

• 6+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience
• 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering work experience with server platforms or on high-tech hardware
• 5+ years of product development experience
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or similar related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Scale up manufacturing on new products across a global network.
• Lead and oversee quality control processes across CM, ODM, and component vendors
• Deliver hands‑on technical support during new product introductions and launches
• Investigate and resolve customer escalations through comprehensive root cause analysis
• Support global operations through regular domestic and international travel (25-50% of time)
