Job summary
Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operations and Industrial Engineering Program Manager to own factory layout and material flow across AWS rack fulfillment sites in Bellevue, WA.
You will merge capacity planning, automation, construction, and operations to scale manufacturing infrastructure globally. You will lead end-to-end layout development, publish standards, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with facilities, automation engineering, and Ops teams to meet
Qualifications
- Experience delivering cross-functional programs and coordinating releases.
- Demonstrated cross-team collaboration across multiple groups.
- Strong background in manufacturing or data center infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Translate capacity plans into data-driven facility layouts for AWS manufacturing.
- Design factory floor layouts with automation and test stations.
- Develop industrial simulation models to validate throughput and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate power, cooling, network, and other infra readiness for production zones.
