Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Bellevue, WA, seeks a Manufacturing Operations and Industrial Engineering Program Manager to own factory layout and material flow across AWS rack fulfillment sites.

You will work at the intersection of capacity planning, automation engineering, construction, and operations across EC2, Machine Learning, and Storage platforms. You will translate capacity plans into data-driven layouts, design floor plans with automation lines, and develop simulation models to optimize

Qualificações

• Minimum 7+ years in technical product, program management or engineering.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects and coordinating releases.

Responsabilidades

• Translate rack fulfillment capacity plans into facility layouts for AWS manufacturing.
• Design factory floor layouts with automation lines and manual zones; assess buffer sizing and material handling.
• Develop and maintain industrial simulation models to identify bottlenecks and optimize paths.
• Coordinate power, cooling, network and utilities for production zones with facilities teams.
• Manage phased layout plans aligned with construction milestones and create visual docs.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle time and improve throughput toward SLA targets.
• Communicate clearly with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Advocate for teaching Automation across the organization.
• Multitask on several concurrent, high-complexity projects.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of delivering cross functional projects

Associate's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field

7+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience

10+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams
