Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a senior manufacturing leadership role in Mooreville, Mississippi. You will oversee multiple shifts, ensure SOPs, safety, and housekeeping, and drive production schedules.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years in a manufacturing role
• Management experience
• Powered Industrial Vehicle license
• Lean manufacturing and continuous quality improvement methods

Responsibilities

• Maintain all disciplines across multiple shifts for SOPs, audits, safety and housekeeping.
• Provide quality parts/products to ensure daily and weekly production schedules are met.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to keep machines, tools and lines operating at peak efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and develop Operations Managers, Supervisors and production personnel across multiple shifts.
• Champion workplace safety initiatives and compliance across all shifts.
