Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Leader for our Plantersville, MS facility. The role focuses on maintaining SOPs, safety, and housekeeping while delivering daily and weekly production schedules.

You will mentor Operations Managers and supervisors across multiple shifts, coordinate with maintenance to maximize equipment availability, and drive Lean CI initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years in a manufacturing role.
• Management experience.
• Obtain Powered Industrial Vehicle license.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Quality Improvement principles and system Improvement Methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SOPs, audits, safety, and housekeeping across multiple shifts.
• Provide quality parts/products to meet daily and weekly production schedules.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to keep machines and lines operating at peak efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers, Supervisors, and production personnel.
• Ensure shift personnel adhere to high standards of shop floor organization and cleanliness.
