Job summary

Sagemcom is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead product industrialization and manufacturing operations for broadband and networking products. You will drive NPI, ramp-up, and mass production with contract manufacturers, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, you will enable successful launches and ongoing operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Significant experience in Manufacturing, Industrialization, NPI, Operations, or Supply Chain environments.
• Proven experience managing product launches and production ramp-ups with contract manufacturers (EMS/ODM/OEM).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs, reporting, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers, suppliers, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization and product launches from NPI through ramp-up and mass production.
• Manage manufacturing activities with contract manufacturers and key suppliers.
• Ensure achievement of quality, delivery, and cost targets across the full product lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams.
• Own manufacturing KPIs and performance reporting.
• Lead customer communications, business reviews, audits, and production escalations.
• Optimize production processes, manufacturing capacity, and industrial footprint.
• Ensure production readiness including manufacturing processes, tooling, validation, and component availability.
• Implement robust quality systems, traceability, and process control methodologies.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with manufacturing partners and suppliers worldwide.
