Job summary

Sagemcom is seeking a Production Manager for the US market, overseeing production management with local partners and coordinating with HQ’s industrial team. The role focuses on leading industrialization, ramp-up, and mass production while ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets across the lifecycle.

The candidate should excel in cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality, and have a strong track record in manufacturing leadership and KPI-driven improvement,

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and customers.
• Proven ability to operate in global, cross-functional environments (North America, Europe, Asia).
• High level of organization, autonomy, and multi-project management.
• Experience in telecom, broadband, or networking products strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization and product launches from NPI through ramp-up and mass production with contract manufacturers.
• Ensure achievement of quality, delivery, and cost targets across the full product lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional execution with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
• Own manufacturing KPIs and external customer communication (performance reviews, audits, escalations).
• Optimize production processes, capacity planning, and industrial footprint.
• Manage and develop relationships with manufacturing partners and suppliers.
• Ensure readiness of production tools, processes, and component supply for pilot and mass production.
• Implement robust quality systems, traceability, and validation processes.
