Job summary

Sagemcom is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead product industrialization and manufacturing operations for broadband and networking products. You will drive NPI, ramp-up, and mass production with contract manufacturers, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, you will enable successful launches and ongoing operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Significant experience in Manufacturing, Industrialization, NPI, Operations, or Supply Chain environments.
• Proven experience managing product launches and production ramp-ups with contract manufacturers (EMS/ODM/OEM).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs, reporting, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers, suppliers, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production readiness including manufacturing processes, tooling, validation, and component availability.
• Implement robust quality systems, traceability, and process control methodologies.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with manufacturing partners and suppliers worldwide.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead product industrialization and manufacturing operations for broadband and networking products. You will be responsible for driving New Product Introduction (NPI), production ramp-up, and mass production activities with contract manufacturing partners while ensuring quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience working with global manufacturing ecosystems across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Supplier Quality methodologies.
