Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in Learning & Development or manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting learning, training, capability building, or workforce development programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a matrix environment.
• Strong ability to organize, analyze, and present data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the enterprise Manufacturing Learning Operations roadmap by coordinating inputs and translating priorities into executable workplans.
• Maintain and improve the Manufacturing Capabilities Framework with version control and stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver the Learning Needs Assessment process across plants with templates, data collection tools, and outputs highlighting gaps and priorities.
• Coordinate Learning Data and Evaluation activities, reporting metrics on skills gaps, training completion, and impact.
• Develop dashboards, templates, and standard work to enable leaders and partners to make data-informed decisions.
• Support Manufacturing Learning Council operations, including agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up communications.
• Partner with plant, regional, HR, and manufacturing leaders to ensure consistent deployment of learning processes and standards.
• Drive the Production System team newsletter and website updates, organizing content and publishing calendars.
• Identify process improvement opportunities in learning operations and governance and implement practical solutions.
• Role-model a learner-first mindset and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
