Job summary

Crane Currency Malta Limited seeks a Director of Manufacturing Engineering in Alpharetta, GA or Nashua, NH. Lead global capital investments, technology transfers, and engineering strategy to drive capacity, reliability, and efficiency.

You will establish standards, build high-performing teams, and oversee IQ/OQ/PQ validation across sites, enabling global manufacturing excellence and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience in manufacturing.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing engineering orgs.
• Experience leading engineering teams across multiple sites or locations.
• Proven record in large capital investments, expansions, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience with manufacturing transfers, tech deployments, and site transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global engineering strategy, capital investments, and tech roadmaps.
• Oversee equipment specs, vendor selection, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
• Direct installation, startup, and integration of manufacturing equipment.
• Manage capital project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Establish governance, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Lead site-to-site tech transfer programs for products and processes.
• Ensure IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols meet quality standards.
• Build partnerships across global sites to support deployment.
