Job summary

Crane Currency invites applications for a Director of Manufacturing Engineering, based in Alpharetta, GA or Nashua, NH. You will lead our global engineering organization, shaping capital investments, technology transfers, and manufacturing roadmaps across multiple sites to boost capacity, reliability, and efficiency.

You will establish engineering standards, build high-performing teams, guide IQ/OQ/PQ activities, and steer site transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience in manufacturing.
• 8+ years of leadership in engineering organizations.
• Experience leading capital investments and site transfers.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital equipment strategy from business case to handoff.
• Oversee equipment specs, FAT/SAT, vendor selection.
• Direct installation, commissioning and integration of equipment.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources and risk.
• Establish governance, milestones, performance metrics.
• Lead site-to-site manufacturing and technology transfer programs.
• Ensure IQ/OQ/PQ protocols compliance.
