Job summary

Alphia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead capital and process improvement projects across multiple manufacturing sites, from concept through commissioning. This role drives schedule, budget, and scope while coordinating engineering, operations, maintenance, and procurement teams.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in PM, strong communication, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in PM.
• Proven track record delivering capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of plant layouts, utilities, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capital and process improvement projects from concept through startup.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers for accountability.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare business cases and capital plans.
• Report to leadership and site teams; document knowledge transfer.
• Provide technical support to maintenance functions and standards.
