The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing environments, with strong project management and technical leadership. On-site, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience managing capital projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong project management, budget, and schedules control.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept through completion across the plant.
• Develop scopes, cost estimates, and capital justifications.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables end-to-end.
• Coordinate activities with production, maintenance, contractors, and vendors.
• Provide technical leadership in design, commissioning, startup, and optimization.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and equipment.
