Job summary

Amazon Web Services’ Hardware Engineering team is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to own process quality and manufacturing launches for high‑tech server hardware. You will drive PFMEAs, control plans, and process flows from startup through end of life while partnering with ODMs, CMs, and internal AWS teams.

You will scale production across a global network, lead cross-functional teams, and provide hands‑on support during product introductions with extensive travel (25–50%).

Qualifications

6+ years of high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing experience.
2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering work experience with server platforms or on high-tech hardware.
5+ years of product development experience.

Responsibilities

Scale up manufacturing on new products across a global network.
Lead and oversee quality control processes across CM, ODM, and component vendors.
Deliver hands-on technical support during new product introductions and launches.
Investigate and resolve customer escalations through root cause analysis.
Travel internationally 25-50% to support global operations.
