Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking Manufacturing Engineers for the Hardware Engineering Services—Manufacturing group to scale production across a global network.

You will own PFMEAs, Control Plans, and process flows from startup to end‑of‑life, serving as the technical owner for manufacturing launches and issue resolution. You will collaborate with ODMs, CMs, internal AWS hardware and software teams, and external vendors to meet throughput and quality targets, with significant travel and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or similar related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering work experience with server platforms or on high-tech hardware.

Responsibilities

• Scale up manufacturing on new products across a global network.
• Lead and oversee quality control processes across CM, ODM, and component vendors.
• Deliver hands-on technical support during new product introductions and launches.
• Investigate and resolve customer escalations through root cause analysis.
• Support global operations with 25–50% travel (domestic and international).
