Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking Manufacturing Engineers to scale up production of server hardware across a global network.

You will own PFMEAs, control plans, and process flows from startup through product end-of-life, coordinating with ODMs, CMs, and component vendors. You'll lead manufacturing test fixture development for server and rack levels, provide hands-on support for new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement across sites, with substantial travel and collaboration

Qualifications

• 2 years in high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Scale up manufacturing on global network of products
• Lead and oversee quality control across CM/ODM and component vendors
• Provide hands-on technical support during new product introductions and launches
• Investigate root causes and resolve customer escalations
• Travel 50–75% internationally/ domestically
• Develop and implement manufacturing test fixtures at server and rack level
• Drive lessons learned and process standardization across sites
