Job summary

ASML US, LP is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to oversee manufacturability during design and lead cross-site transfer of complex EUV products. You will validate processes, write procedures, and mentor teams to ensure high yield and quality as new technologies come online.

The role requires strong technical background, experience with factory transfers, and collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain across global sites. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in a technical domain with production experience.
• 4+ years in Manufacturing/Industrial/Design Engineering preferred.
• Experience with factory transfer or new site setup.
• Experience with complex assemblies and high-tech manufacturing environments.
• SAP/MRP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end manufacturing transfer of complex products across global sites.
• Develop and execute transfer strategy with risk assessment and mitigation.
• Create transfer packages: process flows, work instructions, BOMs and routings.
• Establish and qualify new work centers incl. layout, tooling, equipment validation.
• Ensure replication of production performance (yield, quality, throughput, safety).
• Lead build validation, ramp-up, and production readiness reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Mentor teams on root cause analysis and statistical methods.
• Write and validate assembly and test processes for manufacturing.
