Job summary

ASML US, LP is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who will oversee manufacturability during design through new product introduction, acting as the eyes of the customer before deploying new tech.

You will lead end-to-end transfer, create packages, validate builds, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain across global sites. A technical degree and experience in production are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in a technical engineering domain with production experience.
• Experience with factory transfer, line replication or new site setup.
• Experience with complex assemblies and precision tooling.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end manufacturing transfer across global sites.
• Create transfer packages with process flows, BOMs, and control plans.
• Lead build validation, ramp-up, and production readiness reviews.
• Mentor team members in root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Ensure Design for Manufacturability and for Assembly.
