Job summary

Harbour Industries LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks an experienced finance professional to manage the monthly close, supervise A/R, A/P, payroll and financial analysis, and liaise with related departments. The role includes back‑up coverage and SOX compliance support.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in Accounting or Business and at least five years of accounting/financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing, with strong ERP and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Accounting or Business with 5+ years in accounting/financial analysis, preferably manufacturing.
• Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Datawatch Monarch, QlikView; ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain month-end general ledger activity: journal entries, account analysis, reconciliations.
• Oversee A/R, A/P, payroll and financial analysis; supervise relevant personnel.
• Ensure financial and tax reporting to parent companies; consolidate and report month-end results.
• Assist in MERP processing and compliance; support internal IT and admin needs.
• Collaborate with sister/parent departments for information exchange and SOX compliance.
