Job summary

Unissant, Inc. seeks a Senior Manpower/Functional Subject Matter Expert with military manpower experience to support a government client in the Alexandria, VA area.

The role involves defining manpower requirements, coordinating functional changes, and guiding testing and training activities. Candidates should have extensive DoD knowledge, Excel proficiency, and a track record in client-facing projects.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of military manpower management experience with DoD familiarity.
• Proficient with MS Excel including macros and data comparison across apps.
• Experience in client-facing consulting engagements preferred.
• Active Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Define manpower business and functional requirements with senior government clients.
• Respond to manpower policy questions and FMTS application support needs.
• Coordinate functional changes and prepare feasibility ROMs/LOEs for decisions.
• Test changes to FMTS and coordinate user-acceptance testing.
• Develop training content and interface requirements with stakeholders and SMEs.
