Job summary

The Immediate Office of the Chief of Naval Operations seeks a Management and Program Analyst in the Manpower and Personnel Directorate at HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND. Qualifications

• Experience at GS-12 level or equivalent in federal service or private/public sector.
• Strong analytical and briefing skills for organizational structure and resource allocation.
• Ability to present high-level briefings and monitor implementation of proposals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct joint manpower requirements and advise leadership on organizational structure and resources.
• Provide recommendations on staffing, processes, and potential contract conversions.
• Present briefings and monitor implementation of approved proposals.
• Assist with balancing military and civilian end strength across FYDP and FMTS.
