Job summary

Otis is seeking a Project Manager - Supply Chain to lead strategic initiatives across North, Central, and South America. You will manage cross-functional projects, drive process improvements, and improve regional supply chain performance.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and project delivery, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Travel up to 20% and a focus on governance, budgeting, and risk management are key.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, project management, construction, engineering, or related project delivery functions.
• Experience supporting complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, and procurement processes.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply chain representative for assigned major projects and support the project lifecycle.
• Lead competitive bidding activities, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contracting for project-specific materials and services.
• Collaborate with project teams to align sourcing decisions with project requirements and risk assessments.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance across delivery, quality, and cost.
• Support governance activities and ensure compliance with sourcing policies and contracting standards.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for sourced services and materials.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and escalate critical issues when needed.
