Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Project Manager - Supply Chain to lead strategic initiatives across North, Central, and South America. You will manage major projects, coordinate with engineering, operations, legal, and finance, and drive sourcing and supplier strategies aligned with project needs.

The role requires 5–8 years in supply chain or related fields, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, project management, construction, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience supporting complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Up to 20% travel; MBA or advanced degrees/certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply chain representative for assigned major projects.
• Lead competitive bidding, supplier evaluations, and contracting for project materials.
• Coordinate with regional and global category leaders to leverage suppliers and agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost reductions and process improvements.
• Support governance activities and maintain accurate sourcing records.
