Job summary

Natixis is seeking an Operations Associate to support Macro products in a dynamic, global framework in New York. You will validate, confirm and settle IRD and FX trades, ensuring accurate trade economics and timely cash movements.

You will act as a bridge among Front Office, Middle Office, counterparties and payment networks, contributing to risk control, process improvements and smooth cross-border settlement operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years of Back Office experience supporting Macro products.
• Deep understanding of Interest Rate, FX and Derivatives.
• Experience with FXBack Office platforms such as FXAll, CLS and MarkitWire.
• Knowledge of electronic confirmations and SWIFT payments.

Responsibilities

• Validate, confirm and settle IRD and FX trades.
• Provide follow-the-sun operational coverage for Paris operations.
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Manage electronic and manual trade confirmations and ensure timely matching.
