Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB, New York location, seeks a Trade Support MO professional for the Interest Rate Derivatives desk. You will ensure accurate capture of vanilla and exotic trades, support front-to-back processing, and monitor controls to mitigate operational risk. Collaboration with Front, Middle, and Back offices is essential.

The role reports to the NY Head of IRD Middle Office, with a focus on maintaining data integrity, regulatory compliance, and efficient trade lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Previous IRD MO experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and risk awareness.
• Excellent communication and client service.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure transactional integrity of IRD positions across MO systems.
• Investigate trade discrepancies and resolve with stakeholders.
• Manage lifecycle events and trade modifications in FO systems.
• Transmit FO trade documents to Paris BO/MO and maintain referential data.
• Escalate issues and drive process improvements.
