Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in sourcing, supply chain, fulfillment, or program management.
• Experience with machined parts or heavy industrial commodities is a strong plus.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data tools is beneficial.
• Broad understanding of procurement, operations, quality and engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost reduction initiatives through strategic negotiations and optimization of landed costs.
• Improve working capital by negotiating extended supplier payment terms.
• Support fulfillment and quality objectives by conducting supplier performance reviews and driving corrective actions.
• Forecast key financial metrics including deflation, tariffs, and cash improvement.
• Develop and execute long-term global sourcing strategies for assigned sub-commodities.
• Ensure supply continuity by maintaining dual sourcing and negotiating long-term strategic agreements.
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to prioritize cost-out efforts for key products.
