Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to support a global transformation initiative for Meetings & Events (M&E) across international markets. This role is part of the central M&E Center of Excellence, with high visibility and stakeholder coordination across a matrix organization.

The position emphasizes change management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration, while maintaining AbbVie compliance and quality standards in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in program management within pharma/healthcare or related environments.
• Experience coordinating global stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
• Proven change-management leadership and risk mitigation capabilities.
• Strong communication and executive-level reporting skills.
• Experience planning meetings and events is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the M&E CoE project across OUS affiliates.
• Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, affiliates, and global stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Procurement, BSG, and other key teams for alignment and resources.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budget, timelines, and milestones.
• Provide regular updates and executive reporting.
• Drive change-management strategies for process adoption and transition.
• Support rollout of training for global teams and suppliers.
• Maintain alignment with AbbVie’s compliance, brand, and quality standards.
