Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Development to identify inorganic opportunities and lead end-to-end transactions, reporting to the SVP of Corporate Development. You will collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and CSO to shape strategic investments and divestitures while guiding integration efforts post-close.

The role requires a proven track record in large-scale M&A, strong financial modeling, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate development and M&A experience at large public companies.
• Proven track record in leading transactions end to end.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Commercially savvy with ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in travel industry preferred but not mandatory.
• MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify compelling inorganic opportunities to accelerate Expedia Group’s strategy.
• Prepare cross-functional business cases for senior executives and the board.
• Execute transactions, drive due diligence and negotiate key terms.
• Partner with internal leaders for post-deal integration and value realization.
• Mentor and coach junior members of the Corporate Development team.
