The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in corporate development or related fields; MBA preferred. Hybrid schedule with three in-office days and two remote days, competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Business and/or Finance.
• MBA preferred.
• 12 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, valuation or transaction advisory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution of all facets of the M&A process.
• Advise division leadership on strategy, operations, and business priorities.
• Lead due diligence and negotiations with external parties.
• Develop memoranda, presentations, and detailed financial analyses for senior management.
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements.
