Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred for strategic leadership roles.
• Extensive experience leading mergers & acquisitions and corporate strategy initiatives.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads all phases of the M&A process from target identification to post-close integration.
• Identifies acquisition targets aligned with Sedgwick’s strategy, markets, and capabilities.
• Maintains a robust global pipeline and sources deal flow with banks, PE, and advisors.
• Develops detailed financial models, synergy analyses, and investment materials for committees.
• Collaborates with legal, finance, IT, and operations for thorough due diligence and integration planning.
• Develops and executes integration strategies to preserve value and realize synergies.
• Monitors post-deal performance and communicates results to executive leadership.
• Represents Sedgwick in negotiations with targets and industry partners; drives strategic partnerships.
• Leads market intelligence to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for inorganic growth.
